HMF Exhaust for the Polaris RZR RS1 is available as a Dual Full System in the Titan and Performance Series, Twin Loop System in the Titan-QS, and Big-Core Single Full System in the Performance. We saw a 2-4dB increase with Quiet Cores installed on the Dual Full System and 6-8dB without, while the Twin Loop System is 8-10dB quieter than stock without losing any power.
Dual Full System
9-11 horsepower and 5-7 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels. The aluminum shells and stainless head pipe weigh substantially less than stock.
Single Big Core Full Turbo-Back
The single 4” Aluminum silencer combined with the larger 2.5” core substantially dropped weight, increased horsepower and torque, and added that deep, aggressive off-road sound.
Dual Full System
The Dual Full System picks up 9-11 horsepower and 5-7 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels. The Titan-QS Series in the Dual Full System has an exhaust tone that’s slightly quieter than the stock muffler.
Twin Loop System
The Twin-Loop Slip-On System connects two Titan-QS silencers in series creating more capacity to handle sound pulses. The looped system traps the exhaust sounds, absorbs them, and allows the exhaust to run quieter than the Polaris RZR RS 1 stock muffler by 8-10dB without losing any power.
