We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from the delivery address once dropped off by the carrier.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day your order is delivered to you the customer.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us before returning your item.
We will pay shipping costs if the item arrives to you defective or damaged and reship a replacement item back to you within the 7 day return policy.
If you simply decide to return your item within the 7 day return policy you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to your shipper losing your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The only reason you would be denied a refund is if the item has been used or is returned damaged. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days to see your refund.
